Q: I get a lot of work requests coming in from emails and my website.  How can MoneyPen help me make sure that I am notified of the requests, and that I don't miss any when I'm on my mobile?

A:  MoneyPen provides several ways to keep you informed about new work, so you can always respond to your clients.  Here are two great ways to receive work updates:

  • Any user or employee can receive an SMS when new work arrives.  With a click, the work can be allocated from any mobile phone.

  • You can link to a live feed by simply selecting the live feed link and adding it to your favourite 'feed reader' such as Internet Explorer, or a news reader on your phone.  You will receive a continuous stream of updates.
